Acacia sawn timber for manufacturing and packaging
LEFAMI reviews wholesale acacia sawn timber inquiries against a cutting list. Dimensions, tolerances and acceptance limits for knots, cracks and edges are discussed before production is confirmed. Share your cutting list or intended processing steps so we can assess a suitable supply option.
Pricing depends on specifications, quality, quantity and delivery terms. Minimum quantities and lead times are confirmed individually.

Wholesale specification checklist
| Specification | Information to provide |
|---|---|
| Timber dimensions | Length × width × thickness in mm, with a quantity for each size. |
| Tolerances | Permitted variation; specify whether sizes describe rough stock or finished dimensions. |
| Surface requirements | Edges, wane, knots, cracks and warping; include an acceptance sample if available. |
| Timber condition | State moisture requirements or whether kiln-dried timber is needed. |
| Order quantity | Specify m³, pieces or an agreed unit; minimum quantity is confirmed per specification. |
| Packaging and delivery | Bundle grouping, labels, destination and required delivery date. |
Choose timber for the next production step
If you will plane, trim or machine the timber, specify machining allowances and finished surface requirements. A clear specification distinguishes rough stock from final dimensions. LEFAMI reviews feasibility before accepting the order; one fixed size range is not assumed for every application.
Packaging, inspection and delivery
Before order confirmation
Agree samples or a specification sheet, inspection criteria, quantity, payment terms and proposed delivery schedule. Pricing and freight scope must be stated in the quotation.
Delivery requirements
Specify packaging, shipment units and destination. State any lot labels, container packing or documentation requirements early so feasibility and costs can be reviewed.
Questions before ordering
Can one order include several dimensions?
Send a list of dimensions and corresponding quantities. We will review batch grouping, production feasibility and minimum quantities for each size.
What are the minimum quantity and delivery lead time?
LEFAMI confirms these according to the specification, quantity and production plan. An inquiry does not confirm delivery availability or an accepted order.
How do I share drawings?
The form accepts PDF, JPG or PNG files up to 5 MB. For other formats or a detailed cutting list, contact lefamijsc@gmail.com and include the product, quantity and destination.

Reference sawn timber dimensions
The following dimensions are reference sizes from the supplied technical material. Feasibility, individual size combinations and quantities are confirmed during quotation; this is not a stock availability list.
| Stock type | Thickness (mm) | Width (mm) | Length (mm) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stock for jointed panels | 22 / 26 / 32 / 38 | 50 / 60 / 80 / 100 | 400–1200 |
| Furniture frame stock | 25 / 30 / 45 / 50 | 50 / 70 / 90 / 120 | 1000–2500 |
| Square stock | 50 / 60 / 75 / 90 | 50 / 60 / 75 / 90 | 600–2000 |
| Pallet and crate boards | 15 / 18 / 20 / 25 | 70 / 90 / 100 / 120 | 800–1200 |
Table dimensions use thickness × width, with length shown separately. Square stock has equal thickness and width. A slash separates alternatives; not every combination is automatically available. Rough stock needs appropriate allowances for subsequent drying, planing or end trimming.
Quality selection for your application
| Reference category | What to agree |
|---|---|
| AA — selected faces | For exposed faces requiring selected appearance; agree knot, sapwood, colour and crack limits. |
| AB — face-specific requirements | Identify the preferred face and the reverse face, with separate limits for sound knots, dead knots and defects. |
| BC — application-based selection | Appearance requirements may differ from exposed-face stock; defects affecting use still require explicit acceptance limits. |
AA, AB and BC are reference commercial descriptions, not certifications or a universal grading system. Measurement, sampling, tolerances and defect limits are agreed in the contract.
Minimum quantities and order schedules
