Specify fabric or mesh for the intended application

Fabric and mesh are distinct material configurations; equivalent filtration or sediment-retention performance is not assumed. Provide the specified material, required testing and project requirements for review before quotation.

Order-specific specifications

The dimensions below describe the factory’s current production specification; they do not establish suitability for every U.S. project. Fabric requirements, tolerances, testing, packaging, treatment records and delivery terms are agreed in the quotation and B2B contract.

Factory production process

  1. Steam-heated kiln drying

Sawn acacia stakes enter a steam-heated kiln with a post-drying moisture target below 12%.

  2. Four-side planing

    Machine the stake cross-section to 46 × 46 mm or 38 × 38 mm.

  3. Cross-cutting to length

Trim the stakes to a finished length of 1220 mm.

  4. Four-side sanding

Machine-sand all four sides to the agreed surface requirements.

  5. Tapering the stake tip

Taper one end over 120–130 mm; profile and tolerances follow the drawing.

  6. QC and marking requirements

Inspect stakes before the next operation. HT marking and treatment records must be confirmed against batch requirements.

  7. Fabric / mesh attachment and bundling

Fabric or mesh sewn/stapled to stakes; material, height, length and attachment agreed per order.

What U.S. buyers should include in an inquiry

Send the project drawing or specification, stake dimensions, fabric height and length, stake count and spacing, fabric attachment method, bundle or roll quantities, labels, packaging, destination and required date. If testing, fabric performance or project/state specifications apply, provide the documents for feasibility review before quotation.

Heat treatment, inspection and batch records

HT denotes heat treatment, which differs from chemical fumigation. A post-drying moisture target below 12% does not by itself establish heat-treatment compliance. Applicable treatment, marking and batch-document requirements for the product and packaging are reviewed before order confirmation.

Minimum quantities and delivery schedule

Minimum order quantity is agreed for the stake size, fabric assembly, quality and packaging of each order. Lead time is confirmed after specifications, quantities and destination are agreed, and is recorded in the quotation and B2B contract.
