LEFAMI reviews wooden pallet orders for storage, handling and transport. Send an existing drawing or describe your goods to discuss a suitable construction. Dimensions are only part of the specification: loads, handling equipment and operating conditions must be reviewed before sample approval.
Pricing depends on specifications, quality, quantity and delivery terms. Minimum quantities and lead times are confirmed individually.

Load capacity depends on the specific design
Do not infer load capacity from a photograph or dimensions alone. Describe the goods, lifting methods, stacking and racking. Required capacity and test conditions must be agreed for the specific design. For export-related inquiries, provide the destination country and documentation requirements early for feasibility review.
Packaging, inspection and delivery
Before order confirmation
Agree samples or a specification sheet, inspection criteria, quantity, payment terms and proposed delivery schedule. Pricing and freight scope must be stated in the quotation.
Delivery requirements
Specify packaging, shipment units and destination. State any lot labels, container packing or documentation requirements early so feasibility and costs can be reviewed.
Questions before ordering
Can we request a sample before production?
Send sample requirements with the drawing or operating criteria. Sample availability, cost, lead time and acceptance criteria are reviewed before confirmation.
What are the minimum quantity and delivery lead time?
LEFAMI confirms these according to the specification, quantity and production plan. An inquiry does not confirm delivery availability or an accepted order.
How do I share drawings?
The form accepts PDF, JPG or PNG files up to 5 MB. For other formats or a detailed cutting list, contact lefamijsc@gmail.com and include the product, quantity and destination.

Delivery lead time
Lead time is confirmed after product specifications, quantities, machining requirements and delivery destination are agreed. The schedule is stated in the quotation and B2B contract.
