Factory-assembled units for B2B orders, built to the buyer’s confirmed material and spacing requirements.
LEFAMI assembles machined acacia wood stakes with the buyer-specified fabric or mesh in Vietnam. For silt fence orders, confirm the required sediment-control fabric and assembly specification; a mesh option is not automatically equivalent to filter fabric. Stake count, spacing, roll or bundle length and attachment method are agreed before production. Send your specification and quantity to request a quotation.

The dimensions below describe the factory’s current production specification; they do not establish suitability for every U.S. project. Fabric requirements, tolerances, testing, packaging, treatment records and delivery terms are agreed in the quotation and B2B contract.
Sawn acacia stakes enter a steam-heated kiln with a post-drying moisture target below 12%.
Machine the stake cross-section to 46 × 46 mm or 38 × 38 mm.
Trim the stakes to a finished length of 1220 mm.
Machine-sand all four sides to the agreed surface requirements.
Taper one end over 120–130 mm; profile and tolerances follow the drawing.
Inspect stakes before the next operation. HT marking and treatment records must be confirmed against batch requirements.
Fabric or mesh sewn/stapled to stakes; material, height, length and attachment agreed per order.

Send the project drawing or specification, stake dimensions, fabric height and length, stake count and spacing, fabric attachment method, bundle or roll quantities, labels, packaging, destination and required date. If testing, fabric performance or project/state specifications apply, provide the documents for feasibility review before quotation.
HT denotes heat treatment, which differs from chemical fumigation. A post-drying moisture target below 12% does not by itself establish heat-treatment compliance. Applicable treatment, marking and batch-document requirements for the product and packaging are reviewed before order confirmation.
Minimum order quantity is agreed for the stake size, fabric assembly, quality and packaging of each order. Lead time is confirmed after specifications, quantities and destination are agreed, and is recorded in the quotation and B2B contract.
LET’S WORK TOGETHER
Share your wholesale requirements to discuss production, quality and delivery terms.
If you need timber components for your own assembly line, see acacia wood Silt Fence stakes supplied separately. For an assembled order, specify the fabric or mesh type, material dimensions, stake count and spacing, attachment method and roll or bundle format.
Send the drawing and project specification with your preassembled Silt Fence quotation request. Product suitability, acceptance criteria, documentation, order quantity and delivery schedule need agreement before order confirmation. Do not assume that a generic Silt Fence description proves approval for a particular U.S. project.
