Understanding the results

Production cost = timber + fasteners + labour + energy + depreciation + other production costs + allocated setup. Full cost adds administration, selling and allocated transport. Estimated profit = revenue before added tax − entered full cost; it is not accounting profit after all obligations.

Example: full cost VND 100,000, markup 20% → VND 120,000 selling price; margin 20% → VND 125,000. These are different calculations.
